CURRENCY OF ORDERS

As spiritanimalstore.net is based in Australia, the currency of all items on checkout is in AUD.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After deciding on the product you wish to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” Button that can be found alongside each product description then proceed to Check Out when you have finished shopping. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for. Please note that some of our suppliers list Asian sizes which are likely to run smaller against US/UK sizes.

 

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Orders are shipped from our approved suppliers in Southeast Asia. Our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order. Most of our suppliers provide tracking information and we will send you this information to the e-mail address you provided, when your order leaves the warehouse.  

We ship goods from multiple facilities, so if your order is incomplete, don’t worry, the remaining items will be shipped to you soon.  Keep an eye on your emails to ensure all orders went through.

 

SHIPPING RATES

We offer $1.99 flat rate shipping on each item.  Where you have purchased multiple items from the same supplier, we will endeavour to liaise with them to combine shipping costs, but this cannot be guaranteed.  

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please ensure that delivery information you provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent loss in the mail.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.  Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

We will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels if you moved from the address you provided us.

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery can depend on the destination country. Generally your order is shipped within 3-5 days and delivery can take from to 1-3 weeks to US, UK, CAN and AUS and 2-6 weeks elsewhere. 

Of course, Customs, Postal Services and our shop are completely different entities consequently, we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Please also consider that delays may occur due to Holidays or unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES ON ARRIVAL?

This may be a requirement in your country and if so, it is not covered in the purchase or shipping of your item/s.

 

DAMAGES

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty or the wrong colour or size than you originally ordered, please email us photos showing evidence within 48 hours upon receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order.

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges.  Once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you a replacement it falls under the criteria below:

  • Item is faulty – damaged/broken upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase.
